Across all three new SoCs,
- Integrated Performance: Each chip includes a high-performance quad-core CPU complex and a dedicated Network Processing Engine, offloading intensive networking tasks for smooth operation in the most demanding home environments
- Reduced Cost and Power: The BCM677x family features on-chip 2.4 GHz power amplifiers (iPAs) and 3rd generation digital pre-distortion (DPD) technology, which significantly reduces the total bill of materials (BOM) and enables lower power consumption in the 5 GHz band.
